Casts on worked ground cost 10 mana and have 50% less cooldown, consume the worked ground, and hurl a boulder that slows enemies hit by 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40% for 1.5 seconds and deals 99 / 130.5 / 162 / 193.5 / 225 (+90% of ability power) magic damage to the primary target.
