Active: Shaco throws a shiv, dealing 70 / 95 / 120 / 145 / 170 (+60% of ability power) (+0.8 per bonus attack damage) magic damage and slowing by 20 / 22.5 / 25 / 27.5 / 30% for 3 seconds. If the target has less than 30% health, the shiv deals 50% increased damage.
