So, I was reading and a doubt comming.
In your first sketch of runes you prefer guardian with inspiration. My question is: Why do you prefer this instead aery with resolve or guardian also?
Other situation, do you prefer to use ancient coin instead doran's ring or spellthief's edge. In the depth situation ancient could help instead the one of the others I told?

I prefer ancient coin on Morgana because she has no consistent good poke in lane. Tormented Shadow costs way too much and does very little damage because you max it last.
You can take spellthief's edge, but only if you're consistently landing q's in lane.
Also, I would never take doran's ring for morgana support, because it doesn't give you gold or vision, which are essential as a support player.
For runes, I always prefer aery + inspiration or guardian + inspiration because Cosmic Insight and Perfect Timing are very powerful on Morgana at the moment. Sorcery + Resolve or Resolve + Sorcery do not offer enough utility on support Morgana.

On the topic of shield vs bind however, I guess it really depends on the match-up, but generally speaking I view as maxing Q better than E first as that is when you'll be in laning phase and you can't really utilize the full potential of E until you are in mid-late game team fights, which is why I max it second.
Edit: I forgot to mention, but Soul Siphon heals Morgana for 20% of her ability damage, so having maxed Dark Binding provides her with further healing and sustain in teamfights/skirmishes especially since Dark Binding has such a high base damage and AP ratio.
