Hi! Frostfire is currently better since it is cheaper and wasnt nerfed as much as sunfire. its mythic passive is also better, since the move speed sunfire gives is not that usefull for fiddlesticks, the bonus health from itens is perfect for a laner fiddlesticks

Edit 07/04: With the recent patches, Sunfire is back on being a good option for tank fiddlesticks! the damage it gives is relevant again and can do nicely with his R
