Very good guide! It' got a lot of detail, but I do have a question, would it be better to take the kitey rune page when going against someone like say, Malzahar? His shield really changes how you should play your combo against him, since the spell shield just negates the fear effect

Literally one of the best guides ever written, let alone for Vex the new champion. It is quite impressive how she managed to master this champ in such a short time, and not only that but also make a deep guide on her while still having in clear and easy to understand. I managed to climb from silver 4 to high gold in just a week.
