In terms of runes, just change to suit your early playstyle preference. If you go for early lane pressure and kills then actually taking electrocute for a Q W AA combo can work.
If you want to go for normal trades and all ins where needed, just take the normal PTA runeset.
I think for now taking bork first item is your best shot of sustaining through the early game.
