I like this build. Its very nice, and its got a lot of thought to it. It flow well and I can see it working. Ill give it a spin.

Now the thing that caught me off gaurd was DFG. I use it on Evelynn and Taric, but Shaco? Man thats greatness. Of course when will you use it? You wont want to lose the crit bonus of Deceive, but you want the target to have as much life as possible for maximum effect.

I think that you should build a Manamune. The AP burst is nice, but most AP Shaco are like Evelynn. With the burst of AP, he is rather squishy.

WOW nice build...
I play him too much time ap but i don't get the mejai' first because mana is your only weakness... so deathfire grasp is too much op all the game and give you AP and mana reg.
So there a realy good choice to start ;)
