The stats on this build are:
400 AP (I think thats enough)
40% CDR (runes, masteries, nashors)
45 Flat Magic Pen (runes, abysal and boots)
41% Magic Pen (void staff and masteries)
50% AP Spell Blade (runeglaive 30%, nashors 15%, and arcane blade mastery 5% together)
So pretty much the enemy midlaner and adc would need around 70-80 MR for you not to one shot them. Its pretty fun! Give it a try!
