The only real problem with this that I can see is that the community doesn't take well to picks of such caliber. Any time I've every played Riven support, I've immediately gotten loads of hate from my team. If you don't win lane, you'll tilt your entire team. I've never tried full tank Riven Support, but now I kind of would like to. I don't know that I'll be able to curve my playstyle enough to play the correct way for the role though. Interesting concept, has a few kinks to work out but is a lot better than I thought.

I really did not think about Black Cleaver and will take a deeper look into it. Same goes for the scaling runes. I only have one support rune page at the moment. So maybe I can craft a overall better support rune page for myself.

Well articulated! I can see the inspiration you took and am glad it's resulted in a pretty nifty guide!

You may want to look at Support Olaf, another traditionally melee top laner in the role of support. It may help provide further inspiration. In particular, it feels like Black Cleaver could fit in especially well to support ally's damage, especially in conjunction with Expose Weakness.

I'm not totally sure, but I wonder if the build could benefit from more scaling rune choices. The support role is so strapped for cash that having more effective stats for 'free' is pretty crucial. I've always liked to get scaling on my supports where possible.
