[8.20] Viktor S8 Mid - 600k mastery guide [Diamond]
It all depends on your laning phase.
About 1st upgrade : If you can get the first upgrade on your 1st back do it, otherwise get a Sheen and do it afterwards.
2nd upgrade : I usually do it when my Lich Bane and boots are complete, this is the most suitable moment imo.
3rd upgrade : it's not that important to rush it but don't get it as last item. I usually buy it when I have 750g gold in my pocket but not enought to get a complete item. I'll typically build it when I'm trying to get my 3rd item.
