stick to tri-force and maybe even ie but skip the rest and buil cdr/tank

One thing to note, Madreds bloodrazor is not viable on Nasus no matter what. He would benefit more from armor pen or an early trinity force much more than wasting 4k gold and losing an item slot. This is mainly because he doesn't get a lot of auto attacks off.

i do too, but all you need for offence-wise is and farm all day long. If you don't build tanky+CDR you're just asking to get one shoted, no matter how much you farmed. I'm not voting this. However, this doesn't make any sense to me.
