This is the Teemo build I usually create myself . Ugh.... You guys might not like it at all but I hope you at least tried it out or done anything else on it so it is basically just a Teemo with a lot of attack speed, cool down reductions,a lot of health and quite more ....So.... I'll tell you about it further more lower.

The runes preferably I use mostly attack speed, AP and little bit of the rest ...So.... not much to say here for as .... Nvm.

Mostly Ap And Cr Cause I Have My Attack Speed Boosted By Runes So... Not Much Here Tooo

I Focus on attack speed and ability power the most at first but do remember to carry some pots.. after getting the attack speed items just move on to trinity force then rabadon's death cap then finally a Frozen Mallet or a Rylai's Crystal Sceptre . So...Actually I cant explain the build well so sorry not good at these things.

Heal.... For Like Surviving Close deaths In Game And Supporting Team Fights.

AS For Ignite... Hmm AS An Example.. If An Enemy Is Blinded And Has Low Health And Is Running Away But Knowing that your poison damage was not enough. So... Just combine the toxic Shot From Teemo with ignite to Confirm the kill easily.
