You can harass a bit more, but it's only 1 Phosphorus Bomb so I think a HP pot has a better use since it heals almost 1/2 of your max HP.

Like you said it's really easy to get multiple Kills, I just got a Quadra.
And btw I take Boots + 2 HP Pots + 1 MP Pot in the Beginning, I think it's more useful.
