Bruiser Fizz is viable. He has percentage missing health damage, on-hit damage, high mobility, and an AoE knock-up. That being said, I have a lot of qualms about your guide. Attack speed runes are better for jungle fizz than AD marks are. You list Atma's in the build at the start of the guide but don't include it in your itemization section. Atma's is honestly an item I would never buy on Bruiser Fizz. You're wasting gold on the crit, there are better armor items for him as well as better DPS items. TForce is really good on Bruiser Fizz but is a really expensive item to go for that early as a jungler. The guide lacks a lot of important depth.
