#1 Don't be toxic
It has nothing to do with your mechanics or macro play, it has something to do with your attitude. If you think that flaming makes people a better player throughout the game, you are very wrong, because if you are flaming your teammate, they will get mad at you, there will be an argument in the game, and there's going to be so much flame that it's not even going to be about the game any more. You know exactly how that goes: if one person says, that you're "a ****ing bad toplaner" you're going to flame them back, and you're only going to focus on trash talking that guy back instead of actually putting that time into your mini-map. You can use your chat and talk but please don't flame people because all of this time that you spend flaming them, you could be watching the mini-map and reading the enemy on what they're going to do. Also if you're flaming people, they're not magically going to become better players. After you lose the game the person will forget about you and will play how they would play normally.
