This is my build of Akali.
this is my first build too..
My english is not so good, so don't judge me too much.
I play Akali on AP (Ability Power).
I think Akali is the best Champion in game, I really like to play her.
Please don't vote me before you read the whole build and used it.

Pros

Cons
- Squishi early game
- easily down with alot CC
- steals a lot of kills

I think my rune page for Akali is best.

I take flat AP Quintessences because Akali has a Passive ability that will give you more attack damage if you get more ability power.

I take flat AD Marks because of Akali's passive again.
It will give you more SpellVamp ( heals you if you hit an enemy with an ability) if you have more Attack Damage.

I take flat Health seals for more sustainability early game. She really needs it, even with your spellvamp.

And Finally I take flat AP Glyphs for even more AP and because of her Passive , more AD.

Early game items:

At the start i take Amplifying tome for some AP and some AD and a health pot.
After some harras and creep kills with Mark of the Assasin. you should have 1 kill or 2.
if you have none. you should keep longer in lane for creep kills.
Go back and get yourself a Hextech Revolver and Boots of Speed.
If you have more kills or killed a lot creeps, buy Mercury's treads.
After that you want to finish your Hextech Gunblade for Spellvamp and Life steal, it is a need item for Akali!
In Early game you want to harras them and get creept kills. if you get ganked don't panic. just go in twilight shrout. if you leave it you have some secs before you get visable again.


Mid game items:

In mid Game the ganking starts so you need some health and AP,
so buy Rylai's Crystal Scepter!
It gives you health, AP and you can slow your enemies so you can chase them down!
This is a MUST need item for Akali too.
Lich bane after for the combo's and AP and some magic resist AND! for roaming around the map.
In this lane you'll get alot kills if you do it right and plan on time.
You'll Steal a lot of kills from your allies but you are a chaser and an assasin!


Late game items:

In late game you are OP
Get an Deathcap for the insane AP so you can hit even harder.
Usually I hit first lvl 18 and have the most kills.
So I buy Void staff for some Magic Penetration.
If your team sucks or you suck at the game you should buy armor or magic resist instead of Void Staff.
If you play against alot AP champs or are the other AP OP in game. buy Banshee's Veil
If you play against Ad champs or you have a strong Ad Carry on their team like a feeded Tryndamere you should buy Randuin's omen. I prefer Randuin's omen above Frozen heart because Akali doesn't need any mana and she needs the slow of it and it gives you alot of armor.

Teamfights:

Your Job is Very important. your job is to kill the AP carry's and the other squishi enemies. Dash in kill 1 and get the hell out of there!

These are some scores in a row in three days.

I take 21-9-0

I take in Offencive:

AD for Spellvamp so you'll have more sustainability early game and it will make a BIG difference late game.

and the other masteries for AP.

I take in defence:

Magic Resist because Akali is very easy to kill early game.
you need magic resist with your mecury treats. With Ad you won't have alot trouble because you got your Twilight Shrout. you can harras the Ad's with Mark of the Assasin and if they come to you, you go in your Twilight Shrout.

Armor for a bit sustainability

Health for more sustainability and some health regen.

Mark of the Assasin:

I Max Mark of the Assassin first because it is your main Damage dealer.

Twilight Shrout:

I take Twilight Shrout at level 2 and max it last because you don't need to max it. It already stays a very long time and that slow is not needed for akali. I only use this for harrasement early game and to escape mid and late game. how you escape I'll explain you later in the Summerner Spells Chapter.

Cresent Slash:

and I take my cresent slash at level 4 because you don't want to face your enemy to give them a slash, this is an AD ability and it farms good so you max it last. in mid - late game.
This ability isn't really good in teamfights and in ganks but some extra damage is needed.

Shadow Dash:

I think Akali's ult is the best ult in game.
why?
- Ability Power
- Low Cooldown
- you can do it 3 Times!
- Dash though the Shadow to the enemy!

Combi's:

Early game Harrasement:

W -> Q1

Combi for killing:

Q1 -> R -> Q2 -> E -> Q1 -> R -> Q2 -> W -> E And repeat it.

Recommended:

Flash:

Flash is an AWESOME spell, I use Flash for escaping most but I have to admit I used it too for chases. Flash is Awesome for Akali and her combination of ther Twilight shrout.
As Akali you want to play around the Jungle and near the inner walls of lanes. you Dash them hit hem with your Mark of the Assassin or you just want to escape, you just drop you Twilight Shrout and flash over the wall! done. they don't hit they won't stun. awesome right?

Ignite:

Ignite is awesome too. if you used all your abilities you just want the kill. Drop Ignite on them!

Teleport:

I use Teleport for Ranked games and for Draft pick games, because as Akali you want to go solo top or solo mid. why? mostly an Ad champ is top so you can easily harras them.
on mid games you'll have a hard time in early game. but when you reach level 6... they are done. dash to them hit them and go in twilight shrout. repeat it and kill them and gank some other enemies!
