Masteries
This is an akali guide by Svullobooi so all credits to him! If u are a little more experienced player this guide is very usefull to play mid with. with this build u will notice that u will do alot of damage and also slow pretty much because of ur rylais scepter and frosen mallet. its very usefull to shadow dance/ulti and after do ur exhaust and ignite.
