I'm not going to write any guide of how to play Akali. My intentions are to give those players who already know how to play, the optimal runes, masteries and item build for her. Following this build makes pubstomping way easier, perhaps too easy.
It is extremely good for carrying and winning ranked games too.

These are in my opinion the best runes for Akali. It has always worked out for me, as I never lose my lane in early games, and it also gives me great advantages in late game.

Undeniably the best masteries. Gives you great mobility, enough burst damage and makes you really fat.
