If you wanted to post match history you;
1. Take a screen shot
2. Copy onto Paint (for example) and cut the parts you don't want in the picture.
3. Upload to http://imageshack.us/ and copy the "direct link" it gives you
4. Edit your build and click the image button and copy that link into the box.
