Introduction
(Actually english isn't my main language SO PLEASE don't complain about the build)
(I will also provide a French Version of it soon.)
At first i welcome you for consulting my Alistar Guide, you are also welcome you to offer some modification because actually it's a Beta Guide. So far i tested it on 10 Matches it revealed to be a nice setup because i won 9 out of 10 !

I go with : Magic Penetration / Mana Regen / Magic Resist / +Health (Useful for Extra HP)
Magic Penetration :
Pretty useful for Extra Damages because actually the build is good enough to survive and you'd rather want to have extra damages for you abilites because actuallyMana Regeneration :
