Alistar Jungle is a pretty simple build. There isn't a great deal to talk about. As always, the Banshee's Veil is an alternative to Spirit Visage, it's just your preference there. The Warmog's Armor and Locket of the Iron Solari (if your support doesn't have one) can be good choices, as can the Liandry's Torment or Trinity Force for damage. The boots are, as always, purely situational, and while I personally prefer the Trailblazer for the increased clear speed, I see no reason for you to not take the Stalkers Blade for Gank Secures.

***REMEMBER*** Your Q and W combo nicely for a knock up instead of an knock back, and you can use your W coming from behind to knock the enemy out of those pesky turrets.
