if you where pushed back to tower and if they try to under tower you you can run a little bit away from tower then if they hit you you can use Pulverize then the tower would of had two hits on them then hit them back under tower using Headbutt that should give up to 2-3 more hits from tower + Pulverize + headbutt + if you did attack with basic atks when you used Pulverize, all this should of gave you a kill and keep you alive.

use ghost to get back to your lane faster.

it is all was good to have a burst damage person in the same lane as you.

try to not lane against lee sin because he will be able to you all the time.

try to take the damage from the enemy minions so the tower wont take any damage.

wards are a big part for alistar because he will be able to headbutt through small walls and help do ganks.
