Alistar is a hero not much people use in the game due to the lack of people knowledge on his pwnage. FREE HEAL =0 how amazing is that? Yes, his third skill(triumphant roar) heal like a beast. Secondly is pulverize and headbutt combo is best to target a certain hero in a gank or tower hogger. 75% physical and magic damage. How can you say no to that right. Godly i would say how amazing his ult is. Well here is my guide to how i build him.

Greater Glyph of Shielding - magic resistant
Greater Seal of Defense - amour
Greater Mark of Shielding - magic resistant
Greater Quintessence of Shielding - magic resistant

Why would i get magic resistant/amour only????!?!?!?!
Its cause I'm a TANK!
I go in battle to tank for my team to kill

(Those are what i choose but i would say choose what best suit your playing style)
If your a person who like spamming skills and ult really often then you should get Cooldown reduction and mana regen.

I got 0/21/9. Why i went this? Well for me I'm a aggressive player so i like charging. Stacked 21 in defense so i can take and take less damage. GREED<3 is amazing for alistar since he doesn't make much money early game against ranged heroes because i find since of the hardcore harassing that's why this help him get free money. Also the extra mana help to stay in your lane longer.

My item sequence are in order. But first trip back to base you should have enough for your boots. Get it then buy some mana and boom back into battle and continue farming your gold.

If there's not much Ap(Ability power) heroes i would take guardian and replace force of nature with frozen heart for that extra mana and amour with cool-downs reduction

**Late game you shouldn't be keeping your Doran's shield anymore cause you have made enough for all your item and sold it** Even if you don't make enough you should have most of your item and ready for battle. Usually the game would end before you can do this full build since you become an amazing tank for your team to destroy the other team.

Total item cost w/o Frozen heart = 14690 gold (with force of nature)
Total item cost with Frozen heart = 14855 gold (w/o force of nature)

Philo Stone is a optional item....You could get it for health regen and mana regen while getting more gold to help you build your item

First of all I got Alistar first,second and third skills so they can be in use.
Secondly i max out triumphant roar since its so useful for your survivability.
Thirdly i would just one for one on first and second skills till level 18
cause those skill i use more mid game then early game.
For early game heal is amazing to stay in your lane longer to level up

I get Flash which i consider if one of the best spell for Alistar.
If your enemy is hogging tower like a Bitcchhh then all you got to do it flash in stun with Pulverize(q) then Headbutt(w) to move enemy away from tower for a easy gank and kill. This is used when your allies is with you. NOT MEANT TO USE WHEN ALONE UNLESS ENEMY LOW HEALTH AND YOU KNOW YOU CAN KILL.

Second spell is Ignite to last hit enemy early game. Since Alistar is slow and can't damage well ignite will help you get the last hit for a kill. Igniting properly will provide you easy first blood/early kills.

# Has one of the best Ultimates in the game.
# Easily can control team fights.
# Easily can chase down enemy champions.
# The best Tower destroyer due to his passive.
# Great stun skills for ganking.
# Amazing Heal skill for early and late.

Cons:
# Very slow champion compare to others.
# Doesn't deal much damage. He can, but he can not 1v1 anyone.
# Being a tank he's a huge target in team fights.
# Slow cool-downs for his skills.

Late game you should beable to tank no problem. Early game your not to great but still not easily to face against since you can heal at low cause of mana. One quick reminder is getting blue buff is essential for full most effectiveness since you need a great amount of mana early game.
