Seems you hate boots you don't have them in any of your builds. They're just the best item you can buy.
If you go for some AS i guess you wanna hit and not just "Aegis-Seeker-Spear". For that you'll need to run faster than you opponent. Try to guess why pantheon has the best base MS of the game :p
Your build descriptions are also ... hum ... empty.
Improved ignite ? Lethality with 30% crit ? I think you could get better masteries.
