Introduction

I stumbled over this build while playing with a friend who played caitlyn.
I have seen some podcast of league of legends and thought it would be cool to learn to play allistar.
So I jumped inn a game with a friend who was playing Cait for the first time and it went great!!!
Because i got my healing spell first we could stay inn lane forever, and this was without any AP so you don't have to care about the Nerf to his AP ratio.

Ranked Play

When you play allistar support you don't have to cear about last-hitting before mid to late game because you are going to give all the farm to the other person in the lane that hopfully is an ranged AD carry. (works best when playing with friends!).
your task is to hold the ranged carry alive and hold the enemy away or make an easy kill for the carry, by pushing the enemy towards or from him/here.
You should also buy wards and an oracle. PS. it's not only your task to buy wards.
