If you're going support/tank, wouldn't it be a good idea to take it a step further to buff the team more? Abyssal Scepter is good. What about Aegis of the Legion and/or Frozen Heart. Get some more buffs on your team, debuffs on the opposing team, with those items synergizing for your own survival and power. And I prefer Shurelya's Reverie to Eleisa's Miracle because of the CDR. More CDR means more supportive ability usage (OP Ulti anyone?).
