Hmmm you've given me some good food for thought. This will require some testing on my part and to see if I'll adopt some of your strategy.

If that's the case you may want to specify that in your guide. Some players, especially newer players may not realize that grabbing a piece of survivability before making rylai's will greatly improve their game.

the game ends 90% of the time before i start the rylais. i dont build it first though, i get
either glacial shroud or negatron cloak, depending on what the enemy teams like. if they're a balanced team, i go with glacial shroud, just because of the mana and the cd reduction.

This... actually isn't that bad. The almost ridiculous amount of MagPen from Runes is pretty interesting and will almost certainly give you very good damage in conjunction with Sorc boots.

Only thing I don't like is Rylai's. It's hella expensive and I'd rather get Abyssal scepter or Frozen Heart first as the damage reduction from these is usually better than straight up HP.
