i've seen this build in action and it destroys :)

lol i perferr frozen heart for the flat mana and the cooldown reduction allows you to keep the stun on them more consistently and frozen heart will keep you alive if physical carries try to gank you but if you feel comfortable enough go for more ap. also, ghost is my perferred summoner spell but flash is absolutly acceptable as a change.

the only reason i kept this description so breif was to allow someone to get enough information to do well without reading a book of information.

I don't see much of a reson to use Frozen Hearth has an option ( unless for the flat mana you get from it )

Since Anivia has aloot problms with Mana, even if she has lower cooldowns she wont be able to keep nuke ppl, since her mana will drop really fast this way...


has for ghost, isn't a bad choice, but I would be more adviseable to wear FLASH instted, just couse anivia has a wall and a stun atk, so theres no reson to run. Like they say " Play smart "

I made scores like 11-0-18 and 7-1-22(killed by a tower, LOL)

Anyway nice try for a build, but u better "upgrade" the discription a little bit more.
