Oh and your runes are a hodgepodge. Don't run magic pen on any color other than reds please.
'Hey! My little baby brother that's one year's old said my guide was good!'
For all we know, your friend could be a total noob too.
Okay, so onto my review.
Now, having many pictures isn't necessarily bad. BUT, if we were to remove your pictures, your guide is essentially just 9-10 short paragraphs, which isn't that much. There are also a lot of unnecessary things.
For example, lore. We don't need to read this in your guide. We don't need to read her base stats and increases per level unless it's integral to something you're trying to explain in your guide - which it is not, in this case.
We can also see what abilities Annie has and what they do in your cheatsheet, so what that section should REALLY do is to explain how and why that ability should be used, in order to help players understand how to play Annie. Since you have already done this, we don't need a section detailing what her spells do.
'Why Annie is a fun champion' is essentially your pros/cons section. Put them together.
Your summoner spells section is bad.
Barrier is viable for carries since they are usually so squishy, so it provides with an extra defensive option.
Cleanse is AMAZING against enemy teams with lots of CC. So, if you play draft pick you will be able to tell if Cleanse will be a good option based on how many CCs or game-changing CCs the enemy team has ( Malzahar, Warwick, etc).
Clarity is ****, never take it. Revive is semi-viable on TT because it's such a small map. The only downside is the HUGE cooldown.
Overall, your guide really has no content. You do not explain why you take your items, when to take your items and your item selection is also EXTREMELY bad.
This is not me being mean or being a troll, but this guide is simply genuinely bad.
So yeah, either your friend was lying to you, or he's bad at guide-writing/playing too.
My suggestion would be to archive this guide, read how other people write their guides WELL, and also do your research into what other people build and why.
You can make this so much more streamlined, and lot more attractive. Does an employer just say "Eh, it's his first day." if you spell toxic waste all over the floor?
Also, your item build is way off. -1
