Spells:
Ignite
Flash
Ability Order
Pyromania (PASSIVE)
Annie Passive Ability
TIPS
You can always switch the two last items to more AP like depending of your enemy team!
Always Stack your stun before ganking - harrasing stack it by using Molten Shield and Disintegrate to kill minions cos its free!
Remember that you can controll Tibbers by ALT + Right Click on targets / Ground
Try to keep Molten Shield on all the time because of the Magic / Armor it gives and every time someone hits you they take damage!
Try to harass enemy with Q / W but member that farming is your main goal!
Annie is best at Middle lane
Always spawn Tibbers in beginning of team fights!
