Aside from the fact you have the grammar of a 4 year old Vietnamese boy, I think it's alright. Just no to the mejai's.

The information is weird and explained badly.
Your marks should me magic penetration, not AP.
Take out the Mejai's. It's not core on any champ. Make a note that you can add it if you're stomping but otherwise, it's not needed.
A little more explanation on he skills is needed.

In the current state that this guide is in, it's bad.

very short and confusing run on sentences o_O

early game you should mention to last hit with Q to get stun up so you don't waste mana...

and Mejai's shouldn't be a core item, as it is very situational and unreliable.
