Her range will allow her to poke you out hard. Be careful.
Lux
I generally always ban her. Her Q and E out-range and poke you out hard. Very little counter play unless she decides to get close to you after you hit level 6.
Tristana
You can stun her if she goes in on you, but a good one will be smart and not unless you're low. Her E is hard poke and when she all ins you, she can jump out after you stun her since she'll start her all in with her E to reset her W.
Yuumi
Not too bad for you. Just be careful if she's with a very aggressive ADC.
Alistar
Unless he has an ADC with movement impairs to follow him, he can't do anything and dies going in on you.
Ashe
Very annoying. Prevents you from getting close with her passive. Slow farm until 6 and then Flash -> R her for a free kill. Only go in if you have sums and your R though.
Lucian
Very strong and very aggresive, especially with an enchanter like Yuumi, Nami, or Lulu. Play as safe as possible until you hit level 6.
Ezreal
He's annoying and can jump out of your W and R with good timing on his E, but stick behind minions and you'll be fine.
Lulu
Will always be able to save her ADC or herself with her dumb abilities and then turn the fights on you if you initiate. Only thing you can do is hope she's dumb and bait her to dump her abilities early in the fight.
Nami
Her E makes even the lower threat ADCs scary. Otherwise, she's not that bad.
Galio
You can punish his initiates well, but his tankiness will allow him to possibly get out a taunt before or after and have you killed.
Braum
He can protect any ADC well with his E and W, and his Q actually pokes very well. His initiate on you though is weak. Punish him if he gets close at all without his ADC close by.
Amumu
Broken champ right now cause of his 2 Q charges. Stay far away from him and try to predict where he'll be once he hits level 6.
Rell
Just don't get too close to her since she'll jump over and stun you. Easy to poke out and stun otherwise.
Brand
Annoying as all hell and even more potent poke. Only saving grace is that your stun is more reliable than his, but his massive AoE damage more than makes up for that.
Draven
He needs to get somewhat close to fight you, and you can easily catch him out of position due to his Q, but his damage is still very high.
Zilean
Very strong poke and can save his ADC easily with and nullify your all ins with his R. Try to bait him out and seperate him from the ADC. He's very vulnerable on his own.
Samira
Bait out her windwall and then she's a free kill. Just don't be stupid.
Twitch
Very scary since he'll be in camoflauge and have his Support bait you out, then he'll clean up easily. Remember that he's always around and hard focus him once he comes out of hiding.
Sivir
Far range and hard hitting poke, but that's about it. She can deny your stun with proper timing. Bait it out, then destroy her.
Miss Fortune
Her kit is strong against literally everyone and she easily fits on any team comp. Only chance you have is to put her down early and keep beating her down every time she's up. Once she gets one full item, it's very hard to teamfight against her.
Rakan
You can hard punish his engage, but he will have you killed if he goes in with his ADC before your passive is up. His swiftness and dashes let him get out of your all ins as well. Be cautious around him.
Maokai
Strong poke, ultra tanky, and will always out-trade you with his passive. Be extra careful and play back until level 6 and only attack his ADC afterwards.
Karma
Long range, very strong poke, high speed and survivability, and a gigantic shield for her ADC. Needless to say, she's a very big problem for you.
Senna
Another out-ranger. Try to Flash -> R her if you can, otherwise, she's gonna have you killed or will kill you herself very easily.
Kog'Maw
Lots and range and damage. He can follow up his Support very well and get fed very easily. His passive though is near useless after the beginning of the match and he can't do much if you manage to put him behind, which can be done easily if you isolate him.
Aphelios
You can simply bully him out of the game early, but if he can easily bully you back. It depends on his Support against you.
Pyke
Even if you stun him when he shows and engages, he will almost always get an ability off and have you killd or he'll R you. Play back, and he'll be obliged to rotate, leading to you easily blowing up his ADC and getting fed,
Jhin
Lacks mobility and his damage early is only in his 4th shot. Even then, he's super easy for you to blow up and out-trade at nearly any point in the game.
Jinx
If she gets going, it's over, and she can poke early well with her rocket launcher. If he Support is half-compotent, she'll be fed pretty early as long as she plays it smart. You can bully her easily if she'd left alone though, so try baiting the Support out. Jinx is gonna go by-bye very quickly then.
Kalista
With a strong and tanky engage Support, she can destroy teamfights once she hits level 6. You can blow her up easily before that though and dominate the game easily.
Kai'Sa
Very pokey with her Q. Don't get isolated and go in on her early to prevent her from reaching her scary state.
Janna
You can blow her up easily and turn fights on both her and her ADC if she goes in on you while your passive is up. Just make sure to dodge the tornadoes since the poke is strong early.
Nautilus
If he goes in on you specifically and his ADC is with him, you're dead. Only hope is to stun his E or his auto's root. Unfightable once he hits level 6.
Leona
Tons of CC, and instant death will follow if her E hits you. Hopefully you can dodge its janky hitbox, otherwise you're screwed.
Sona
The homing poke is annoying but you will almost always win fights against her since she can't stop you from blowing up either her or the ADC.
Varus
Long range, strong poke, and almost always near his tower unless he has the advantage on you. If his R hits you, it's lights out.
Vayne
Easy to punish since she will need to get close to you. Make sure to hard focus her though since she absolutely will kill you and your ADC if you allow her to live.
Morgana
Dodge the Q and you're good to go. Easier said than done cause of it's wonky hitbox and greater than average range.
Xayah
Extra powerful poke and her R will counter you and position her to kill you extra quickly and safely. Bait the R and avoid the E as much as you possibly can. If you pull off the dodges, she can be killed easily.
Seraphine
I don't actually have any experience fighting Seraphine using Annie, but just cause she's Seraphine, i would put her at a level 5 threat level.
Soraka
Hard focus her or the ADC will never die.
Blitzcrank
Stand behind minions or stun him if uses W to run at you. He can't do anything then. Just don't ever get caught outside of a minion wave since a single hook hit is all it takes to assure your death.
Bard
He can be annoying, but as long as you stay out of minions, you can out-trade and blow him up easily.
Taric
You will easily get your stun off before he gets his off. Make sure to focus him to stop him from healing and/or ulting the ADC and it'll be no problem.
Thresh
Avoid the hook by either actually dodging it or standing in minions. Do that and he won't be able to do much to you. He will scale and roam though, so watch out for that.
Ziggs
Annoying and strong. Long range, tons of mana, hard hitting poke, and high pushing power. Put him behind early or he'll be doing a ton.
Xerath
Tons of poke, and a strong stun. Bait the stun then go on his ADC since he can't protect them or himself well without the stun. Good luck getting to him though since he'll always be staying back and in or near tower.

Tired of playing a normal bot lane? Wanna just kill things and dominate without really thinking (outside of bad matchups, of course)? Then I have the champ pick for you! Mordekaiser, and, the real star of the show, Annie! Together, they are unstopable as Mord will dimension realm one while Annie blows up the other with Tibbers! In this guide, I have setups for Annie. You are both able to swap between Support and ADC depending on what you'd like to play that day, and I have rune and item setups for both, and remember that the items are all interchangable with others depending on the match and what team you're fighting. Read them and the champ threats and then try her out! Hopefully, you dominate with your friends and have fun!
Also, don't do this in ranked. It's just for fun if you wanna do something different and still have a chance to win.
