Looks to be a pretty standard but sound build. You are actually ok for magic resist - it's a lot more than most anivia builds out there, with two magic resist items. However, I'm confused when you say you get around 550 ap with her 4000*0.03+80+140=340, and even after the cap's passive has been applied, this comes to under 440 - ok, pre-nerf cap was 155 ap, but this still doesn't add up. With Anivia, you should have the blue buff on you (and getting it if you don't), so a pair of Sorcerer's Boots would probably fit better. Aside from that, I think the order of your items may be be swapped slightly - physical dps only becomes a serious threat in the late game (unless fed, or in 1v1, but you should be with your teammates anyway as Anivia), while Anivia's strongest midgame - so maybe get the wand/rod/cap earlier.
