Well this Guide isn´t that bad, but in my opinion u need Spirit Bond earlier, u can always get ganked ! take it at lvl 3 or lvl 4 .I play Karma myself and its really needed ! RoA i use this a lot its very good cause it gives a lot of Mana and Hp and good AP. Why Morello´s ? take Deathfire Grasp instead thats ROCKS !

Your masteries don't fit with your summoner spells as you suggest flash+teleport but take summoner's wrath in offense which doesn't help at all. Also, you skill sequence doesn't fit the one you suggest in the chapter i think.

The guide itself would look better with pictures, screens, vids etc.
