My build for vlad can get transfusions healing up to 500s per hit and cooldown in 2 seconds.

The early laning is the absolutly most important part of playing vladimir. gauge the enemy champions attacks, how agressive/defensive they are check and make sure its worth getting a hit on them with transfusion or just farming a minion with it. recall at 800 gold minimum to get you're frist hexteck, this makes it a lot easier and i mean A LOT. now vladimir should be able to spam is tides of blood constantly and stack it up to 4 times for some juicy laning, transfusion should be healing aproximetly 150-200 giving vladimir the lane dominace he is so easily given. following the build correctly you should be picking up you're first kill at around lvl 6, after the hexteck. get tides of blood stacked 4x, harass until they are half life and use the obvious vladimir atk stradegy, hemoplague+ignite-transfusion+tides of blood-sanguine-transfusion+tides of blood then laugh at them while they are forced to an early grave.

Rune choices- standard vladimir runes helps survivabilty and early game

Skill choice- transfusion is VITAL (haha get it :P) sanguine really doesnt get a big enough boost, 1 point is more than enough. tides of blood is a great skill when having 40% spell vamp, 4 stacks means hell raisng and no risk of popping it off.

Masteries- standard vladimir masteries, defense greatly helps his risk, reward system

Items- should be looking at 40% spell vamp and increased healing (if build progresses until spirit visage) and around 600-700 ap. if necesary grab a void staff and sell the hexteck revolver.

Summoner skills- ignite and hemoplague are the best combination since peanut butter and jelly, ignite is also granted the advantage of vladimir's 14% damage boost on enemy champions. AND THAT BE TRUE DAMAGE YALL! ;). flash for turret diving or escaping easily (sanguine makes it a BREEZE to turret dive but, just in case)
