Introduction

Lulu Supports good and even makes damage with this Items.
You take Rod of ages because, youre life will be low. It is god for the mana youre resotring every level, but it makes damage, too.
Then will of the Ancients supports your Team good, too.
For the Damage take Rabadons Deathcap. Your Skills will make more damage and also support better.
You buy wards for the bush which goes into the jungle near dragon or baron(depends which lane you are).

Here the first Time I played Lulu!!!

Runes

You have to take Mana Runes, because you go low early on Mana.
And 3 of ability power.

Masteries

For Masteries i would take 9/0/21 , because this is a damage/spport guide, there's no defense available. Utility have to be 21 for the good Support at the mid game.

Farming / Jungling

Be if possible always with ad carry on lane, for letting him the farm.
For helping the Jungler and seeing the baron or dragon you could put wards like this:
