In early game try to go mid and be carefull becouse vladimir is not good in early game.

For runes take health marks, health seals, ability power glyphs and ability power and health quintessence. I take Health runes because i need health in begining and because of passive that health tranforms into ability power.

My masteries are 9-0-21 because vladimir need ap pre level and magic penetrasion and becouse vladimir needs speed .

Items are For full ap becouse of passive. Just spirrit vissage becouse he need some health and passive is cooldown reduction and your healing is increased.

I build tranfusion first becouse its most impornatnt thing when playing vladimir.

i take flash and heal becouse flash is mine fauvorite summoner spell and heal becouse vladimir needs heal in begining. Believe me.
