Master Yi Guide

Need more on explanations, you basically tell us what his skills are (which we already know) without any tips on how to use them right.
Also, you need to explain your masteries and runes. a MUST on all guides!!!
Being your 1st guide doesn't entitles you to do it halfway. Heck i spent MONTHS!! doing mine!!!

If you could attempt adding in more info to the guide, (per se, how to cast, lane and fight in team fights) not only would you have a more presentable guide, but you'll have more credibility for knowing that much more about your champion.
Pretty much the things mentioned above
The basics of the guide seem reasonably well done. However, there are several grammatical errors making it hard to read, and some of the reasoning behind the items is lacking.
About the summoner spells: you list Flash and Ignite as the only viable options, however I can tell you from my own experience that Ghost and Teleport can be truly horrifying to the other team if you're fed enough. Jungle AP Yi is also viable.
You should list some rune/mastery explanations (pretty much required in a guide), along with different item categories (Defensive, Offensive, etc.) to offer players different choices if the given build isn't working well for them in the current game. Also, farming is usually pretty straightforward...I think you should replace this section with basic play style details, match-ups, or techniques for using his Q (of which there are many).
Other than these errors, I would work on adjusting some of the coding, ask a more experienced guide-writer for help if you must. This is definitely not the best AP Master Yi guide out there, but I can see it's potential. Keep working on it, and it could truly be something!
