Not Arcsecond, but I can give you my opinions. This build works wonders in the current meta, although instead of conqueror you should go darkharvest instead. The amount of damage you get from multiple sheen procs and combining your Q slows, blue smite, and iceborn slows with cheap shot and Liandris is really all the damage you need.

The great thing about ekko jungle is his ganks are quite good with an aoe stun. Your passive and W passive gives you lots of damage on monsters making your clears really good and even better after runic echoes.

Overall this playstyle is a AP bruiser playstyle and endless healing able to 1v2, 1v3 with ease.
