Why on earth would you get Ability Power on Ashe? Such a waste of 3 Mastery Points. Ashe's only move that does any semblance of Ability Power is her Ultimate. Those 3 Master Points are better off elsewhere.

Also, not getting a level in Hawk Shot earlier is a mistake.

In addition, none of your Masteries account for Summoner Spells - the cooldown reduction/buffs to Summoner Spells that they give is way too important to ignore.

this natzke kid is a real hero.. i saw him play ashe and get a 40bomb with full item build and 500 attk dmg ... it was g-g-g-g-g-goodlike and wen i tried out ashe i fken raped this build helped me alot!!!

Nice build, really simple and to the point. You have to know when to chase down someone with your frost arrow active! Play with Natzke to see a pro own this build.
