But in fact, the phantom dancer at first is not bad at all but only because of the crit dmg rune. If your going for crit chance runes definitely get infinite edge first

youre build overall is nice, but maybe you should switch the item order a little bit like... infinity edge before phantom? i mean ashe's dmg output is pretty poor with early atk speed and ashe's passive really has good synergy with ie so pretty the the crit chance with early phantom is wasted so yeah just my opinion :)
