This is my first build so sorry if it is really bad and try to bear with me.

Items

BT and BORK both give good sustain which helps all ADCs. Getting BT on Vayne will give her more damage but getting BORK will allow her to gain more attack speed which allows you to shred opponents quickly and catch up to them without a Frozen Mallet. Only get situational items if you need extra defense or if the enemy team is pretty far ahead. When getting a situational item, you could choose an item that is least important depending on the situation. The items that you shouldn't trade out are BT/BORK, IE, and Shiv.
