Don't get frozen mallet on kog just get flash instead of teleport and position yourself well in teamfights. You will be able to do more damage with an IAS item than you will with a low damage tank oriented item like Frozen mallet. Perhaps replace that frozen hammer with an earlier GA if you are having survival issues. Thank you for posting a decent rune choice, I've seen too many poor recommendations. I would however recommend magic regen glyps. Additionally I completely agree with your leveling choices and mastery set up.
