First of all - Clarity is a bad choice. Manamune has all the mana you'll need for middle-late game. If you need mana just for the laning phase, you're better off by just rushing a ToG. Clarity is just a waste of a spell imo. Yorick also needs either ghost or flash, so he can join team fights quickly. Since he's a melee dps without any dives, he needs to be able to join team fights quickly and chase people down or he won't be all that effective. You can compensate for having neither of these by building a Ghostblade though, but you don't have one in your build.

Second - I'd take ignite over Exhaust. Just the way Yorick is set up, ignite seems a lot better to me. But I won't hate if you really just think Exhaust is better on him.

Third - Yorick is heavily dependent on having ghouls spawned constantly. This means that you should definitely have at least a little bit of cooldown reduction. A Spirit Visage or Ghostblade could both fill this gap. Other good options include Frozen Heart or possibly a Shurelya's Reverie.

Fourth - Your build order could use some improvement. First of all, I would move the Atma's to right after your Warmog's. It's a great item and isn't all that expensive. I don't see any good reason to wait until your sixth slot to get it.

Fifth - I'd say you should get rid of the Black Cleaver. It's really only good if you're sure you can land hits on people. Without any kind of speed or attack speed from other items, this is just meh. If you just want armor penetration, either a Last Whisper or Ghostblade would both be better imo. Frozen Mallet is a good item, but you could definitely use some kind of speed and/or attack speed to make sure you can make good use of it. I'd say you should replace the Black Cleaver with a Ghostblade.

tl;dr - I would recommend making a Ghostblade somewhere, moving the Atma's to right after Warmog's, and throwing out the Black Cleaver altogether. Then, Clarity should be replaced by either Ghost, Flash, or maybe Ignite.

Looks pretty nice. I'll have to try it out. I know already the Warmogs/Atmas combo is awesome and I find building Yorick with Health and AD is the best idea so I'll see how this works out.

How do you feel about trinity over Frozen mallet? You get a little less slow for a sheen proc and more movespeed. Also, clarity is pretty much a waste of a summoner as it loses its effectiveness after you get tear, where as flash for example retains its usefulness throughout the entire game. Othewise the build looks solid. +1
