Hello. first let me say this, i use this website as a format to print out my builds so i apologize in ahead if I offend someone.

Now allow me to explain a little about this build. I realize that this build dosnt exactly focus on a type of vlad but i like it. Being vlad means that the enemy team will ALWAYS focus on you in team fights unless their entirely brain dead. So having survivability while still dealing a good deal of damage.

I use standard 9/21/0 offensive and defensive masteries. however i can and will edit them with feedback.

I take armor quints for survivability, flat AP glyphs Because vlad is extremely weak early game, flat health seals for the same reason as the glyphs, and magic penetration marks because they're just good. again i will accept an feedback.

I start with a health regen pendant and health potion. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS!!!. however it just seems like a lucky charm for me as i seem to always do great with that purchase. then go for the haunting guise for health, AP, and magic penetration. all the things a vlad would need. next boots because every spell caster needs these. then warmogs MUST go next. after that the purchases can be made in any order but i prefer rylais, FoN, an then a rabadons.

Best:
Ghost: because it just fun to ghost and pool to escape ganks and watch your opponents rage.
Cleanse: during team fights if they have any crowd control it will be used against you to stop you from pooling away. using this after a snare and escaping a ex-successful gank induces rage among enemy teammates.
Good:
Teleport: an all-round useful skill but not quite as needed with vlad.
flash: nice but i would prefer ghost on vlad.
heal: i know this is noobish but it has saved my life multiple times in game.
BAD:
Clarity: vladimir doesn't even use mana
Rally: no need for an attack damage boost
Clairvoyence: your support is better off with this
Fortify: everyone wishes your team had this but doesn't want to take it.
