i dont have the ip to change my arpen mark/quints to ias and speed at the moment because im saving for corki, however, im very curious to see how this build works as i pretty much only play yi and mumu and i always jungle them. ive been looking for a new yi build and this one is very unique.

as for backdooring...theres nothing more anoying than playing amumu and wanting everyone in a ball for teamfights,however if you were the enemy why would you want to get into that ball and lose the fight when you could gain a tower in the process? backdooring is not cheating,its a perfectly viable strategy to counter certain teams. also, keep in mind how horrible yi is in an initial teamball fight, usualy if you dont attack after it starts,youll just be vaporized. thats where backdooring or mopping up comes in,and yi is the absolute best at both those tactics. if you call it cheap...why are you playing yi as those are his main specalties?

It's a last resort thing, and it's an easy way to get IP by turning the game around. But I refuse to preach about how it's ok to backdoor, because it is indeed a very cheap way to win. I guess I just do because I'm a cheap player XD.

Why would you promote a hero to back door.... -.- That's the lamest way of winning
