I'm sorry to disappoint you but your guide is pretty bad, for some reasons:
1. LB can and should pick up kills in the early game, so you should include mejai's as an optional item at least if not as a core.
2. 2 rabadon's = fail. it might be nice in a pub for trolling, but you shouldn't put that in a guide.
3. it seems like you haven't put much thought in this guide. it look like it took you 10 minuted to write this guide while others work for hours: you have no gameplay, combos, explaining about her skill etc.
4. this guide's name? you're gonna get rage replies = not good.
5. RoA should be bought earlier, not as a last item.
6. void staff is ALWAYS ooptional in case the enemy is stacking mr, it's not a core item.
7. you might consider suggesting buying deathfire grasp cuz she needs to nuke down an enemy champ with one combo, it makes it possible for her to nuke down tankier champs.
8. heal as a summoner spell? not for LB.

Dude.... srsly?... 2 Rabadons?... and Rod of Ages at the end?... really?...
even a level 1 player who just started the game can overcome this build like a boss.
you must be level 25 and less if you think that build is good.... no like and no ****...
