ok first of all, you should use some coding like double brackets and icons. check out the guide on making a guide. Most of your sections are in the wrong orders, like runes should be wayy earlier, same with masteries and pros/cons. You don't explain any other viable summoner spells except 
Flash and Ignite, and if you think there aren't any other viable spells, explain why. Ninja Tabi is at the end of your build. Why? You have done no research or anything. You have 21 runes selected. The Brutalizerisn't a complete item. Turn on comment to vote so people dont just give random troll votes without telling you why. I'm pretty sure this is a comedy build or something but it feels nice to pick apart all the mistakes that would be in a real build. Btw, if it's a humerus build, it isn't very funny and you should let people know somehow. If it isn't... then you have a lot of work to do if you want people to actually use this build
