pretty good and thorough build. i personally like Cho'Gath a lot and have been trying to experiment with different items. this offers a different perspective on how to build up Cho. recently i've been experimenting with Cho as a quick kill tanker, boosting his attack speed to accomodate vorpal spikes and have been able to manage my own lane doing so. perhaps i'll try a few of your tricks :) thanks for posting
