Great starting item to give Blitz that extra health, armor and health regen

Probably my favorite item to put on blitz. Always want to get it early to take advantage of the passive it has in gaining permanently the extra health and health regen. Max of 450 health and 15 health regen, which will definitely come in handy in a tanky blitz.

In my opinion the best boots for a tank. Gives you extra armor, and a 12% dodge chance on top of the 2 movement speed.

Thornmail is a must when tanking, not sure I need to explain this one.

Great item for the tanky Blitz. Gives extra health and mana(always need mana with blitz) on top of giving you some magic resist for those pesky AP champs. Passively it blocks 1 enemy ability every 45 seconds (who doesn't love doing that?)?

Another great item to have. Gives you health, mana and also ability cooldown and slows your enemies attack speed by 20%, so they already have to go thorough all that health you have and now it'll take them longer? Yes please.

This you'll need to sell your shield to make room for but definitely worth it. This will give you extra armor and 18% crit strike. Passively 2% of your max health will be added to your attk dmg.

Blitz can be a beast and a great addition to any team as a tank if built right. His grab can annoy anyone when you reach out and pull someone into your tower or team, then on top of that popping them up, hit that w for the attack speed and ulting them. Easy kill? I think so. This build will get you around 5k hp (yeah, I know it's a lot) to go along with almost 600 armor.
